  • 5 cmspring onion
  • 1/2 piececabbage
  • 1 tablespoonred salted ginger(minced)
  • 1 tablespoonbonito flakes
  • 1 tablespoonNori flakes
  • 1 teaspoonsesame
  • 1 teaspoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  • 1 tablespoonflour
  • 1 tablespoonegg

    Drain Tofu
