Loaded Cauliflower Casserole (skinnier version)

This cauliflower side dish is a lightened up version. The original calls for 3 cups cheese and 8 oz cream cheese. By cutting the cheese amount in half and using a reduced fat cream cheese you really decrease the calories. The yummy taste is still with less fat to worry about going to your hips!

Preheat oven to 350.

Place cauliflower in a 2 quart casserole dish that has been coated with cooking spray.

Place cheese, green onion and ham on top of cauliflower evenly.

Heat cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds. Mix in half and half and garlic.

Mix cream cheese mixture into cauliflower mixture very well. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
