Papad ki sabzi
Traditional Rajasthani sabzi
Steps

Roast 1 papad and keep aside.

Break rest of 3 papads into small pieces and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok.

Temper with cumin seeds, let it splutter.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry well.

Add tomato paste and fry till oil leaves.

Add all spices and fry for 1 minute more.

Add 2 glass of water and salt for gravy.

Let it boil for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add broken papad pieces and boil for 2 minutes more.

Switch off flame and put roasted papad in gravy.

Keep it covering for 10 minutes.

Papad ki sabzi is ready serve with chapati.
