Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgMoong dhuli Daal
  • 2 cup Deshi ghee
  • Dry fruits for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoonElaichi powder
  • 3 cupSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moong Daal for 3_4 hrs.

  2. 2

    Now grind it.add ghee in kadai and add the paste.

  3. 3

    Now make it red.in ghee it takes too much tym.like one hr.

  4. 4

    Now add sugar and elaichi powder.

  5. 5

    Decorate with dry fruits..
