Peel the Irish potatoes and shread and wash and drain.

Then pour your oil in a pan on heat fry to brown look. Mix tomatoes, onions,pepper already blended and fry.

Season with magi and spices. Wash your fish, cut into two or three and fry
- 4
Put a pan on heat, add a 1/8 of oil allow to heat a bit and add your veggies. I.e green been, carrot and cabbage. Serve as desired
