Steps

Boil the meat for few minutes to ease the toughness.

Fry one onion with some cooking oil till it turns brown then add the meat.

Add a little water to prevent it from sticking on the pan and cook till the water dries.

Add two tomatoes and some salt to taste and cover for a few minutes to cook.

As the meat is making that thick paste with tomatoes, fry the remaining onion with some oil in a separate cooking pan and once its cooked add your sukuma and spinach and cover a little bit.

Mix then add the remaining two tomatoes and some salt to taste then cover for the tomatoes to cook.

By now beef is ready and remove it from the fire.

Add the spaghetti in boiling water and a little salt and butter and cook for 10mins.

As the spaghetti are getting ready, the vegetables are ready. Mix well then remove from fire.

Switch off the fire before the water completely dries from the spaghetti and give it a few minutes before serving.

Serve and enjoy your meal.
