Steps

  1. 1

    Rava me jyada ghee dalke badami colour ka ho tab tak sek le.

  2. 2

    Thanda hone par usame Elaichi powder,sugar ka bura, dry fruits barik kate aur khaskhas mix karein.

  3. 3

    Mede me Ghee dalke thande pani se Atta lagale.

  4. 4

    Ab puri bel ke usame taiyar kiya mixer bhare aur adhe se fold karein border pe milk lagake bandh karein aur kangari banale. Fork se bhi design bana sakate he.

  5. 5

    Ghughare ko ap kai shape me bhar sakate he.

  6. 6

    Ab kaday me ghee garam karake dhimi anch pe tale.

  7. 7

    Ghughara ko thande hone par dabbe me bhare a long time tak khana sakate he.
