Pressure cook palak and sarson with grated ginger and 1 cup of water.

Now make puree of garlic, tomato and green chilli.

Heat oil and add above paste. Once it's darker in colour, add maize flour and mix it. Then add onion and saute it till it till it become translucent. Then add red chilli powder a the turmeric.

Once onion is half cooked add mashed puree of palak and sarson. Add salt and mix it and let it cook for a while.

Serve it with makke ki roti or bhakri and butter on top.
