1 tbsmeat marinade
2 tbsroyko minestrone herbs stew mix
2 tbsoil
pinchsalt
1 cupand half water

Clean chicken and peel off the skin

Marinade with garlic and all spices

Add oil and chopped onion fry

Dice green pepper put in a bowl add minestrone herbs stew mix with a cup and half water add salt

Cook on a medium heat until chicken is cooked through for 45 minutes. Serve with rice or pap.
