  • 500 gmatumbo
  • 3carrots
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Cooking oil
  • 1Onion

  1. 1

    Chop the matumbo to small pieces after washing.

  2. 2

    Cook it with salt till tender for around 1 hour 30 mins

  3. 3

    Pour in different bowl then stir fry the onions with cooking oil till brown

  4. 4

    Add carrots and tomatoes. Add the matumbo and stir.
