  1. 6fried egg
  2. 6 bowlcooked rice
  3. 6small beancurd puff option
  4. 4medium onion
  5. 4red chili pepeer
  6. 1 cupbulgogi sauce ready to used store bought
  7. diy bulgogi sauce
  8. 1 tbspeach honey, soy sauce and rice wine
  9. 1small grated pear and 1tbsp ginger and 1 clove or garlic
  10. thinly sliced meat option
  11. 400 gramsthinly sliced beef /pork/lamb

Cooking Instructions

    Fried eggs set aside

    Cooked rice set aside

  3. 3

    Marinate meat

  4. 4

    For diy bulgogi sauce just mix all ingredient,or used stored bought ready to use bulgogi sauce

  5. 5

    Marinate thinly slice beef /pork/lamb for minimum 10 minutes with bulgogi sauce

    Stir fry

  7. 7

    In pan with 2 tbsp of oil stir fry onion together with marinated sliced meat for 3 minute

  8. 8

    Add beancurd puff and red chili pepper and stir fry for another 2 minute then off heat and serve

  9. 9

    Serve stir fry bulgogi pork as it is or

  10. 10

    Serving option stir fry bulgogi pork and fried egg with white rice
