  1. 800 gramsWhole sea bass
  2. vegetables to baked
  3. 1 headPotato
  4. 1 eachCarrot
  5. 1as needed Pumpkin
  6. 1as needed Shallot
  7. 1as needed Ginger
  8. 1 cloveGarlic
  9. 1/2Lime
  10. seasoning
  11. 1 tbspSesame oil
  12. 1 1/2 tbspSoya sauce and oyster sauce /each
  13. pink honey sauce
  14. 1 tspBlack pepper
  15. 1 cupPomegranate juice
  16. 2 1/2 tbspHoney
  17. 1 tbspGinger /finely chopped
  18. 1as needed Pomegranate seeds
  19. 1/2Black peppers to taste
  20. 1 tspLime juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean and Chopped vegetables ,seasoning fish and vegetables,and sliced of ginger cover with foil ,bring to bake in oven by 200 c about 45 mins or an hour

    Make pink sauce by mix all sauce ingredients,bring to boil ,reduce heat and simmer ,until reduct to 2/3 ..add pomegranate seeds if desire

    Cut sea bass into fillet ,set in plates ,garnish with baked vegetables ,drizzling with pink sauce ,served warm

    You can adapt to baked by your style ,but what I do you will get aroma from gingers
