Pre heat oven 190°c

Peel, core and chop the apples and place in a cooking dish, sprinkle with a little sugar

Place the margarine and flour in a bowl and rub together until it resembles breadcrumbs

Add the sugar to the bowl and mix ingredients together
- 6
Spread the crumble mix on top of the apples
- 7
Bake for approximatley 30 minutes until golden brown
- 8
Serve with soy custard
