Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspOlive oil
  2. 12 ozUncooked thawed shrimp (peeled)
  3. 1 cloveGarlic
  4. 1 tspSalt (or more to taste)
  5. 2 tspCrushed red pepper
  6. 1 tspFlour (or less)

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sautée for 1-2 minutes.

    Add shrimp and cook for approximately 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Shrimp should be pink and solid white inside when fully cooked.

    Add salt and crushed red pepper. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add a couple pinches of flour and stir. This will thicken the sauce and remove and excess moisture from pan. Enjoy!
