Chop up veggies and mix in bowl. Add Soy Sauce, Jerk Sauce (or chopped Ginger), Wasabi, Bread Crumbs, and Egg yolk. Mix together. Add ground turkey and mix.

Grease pan and bring to medium heat. Take Turkey mixture and make pattys about the size of your palm. Turkey pattys do not swell up like beef pattys so keep that in mind.

Cook on both sides approximately 2-3 minutes each side depending on your stove top.

Remove patty from heat and place o bun, top it off with cheese if you'd like. Add lettuce and pineapple. Enjoy!
