Ingredients

5 cloveGarlic
1 largeOnion
1 canYoung Corn
1/2 cupcornstarch
1 tbspLight soy sauce
1 tbspDark soy sauce
1 tbspGarlic powder
100 gramsenoki mushroom
2 pinchSalt and Pepper
1 tbspSugar
1/2 kgPork
1/2 cupCooking oil or Olive oil

Steps

Fry pork then set aside

Caramelize onion and garlic then put fried pork then simmer for 2 minutes

Put in young corn, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder stir and simmer for 10 secs

Add enoki mushroom and corn starch. mix mix mix until mushroom is cooked and voila
