Clean the florets, cut all florets into pieces.

Sock the florets in turmic power and water for an hour.

Cut potatoes into pieces.

Cut the tomato into pieces.

Take the florets and boil it for 10 minutes.

Drain the water and keep a side.

Put 2/3 bay in the rest of remaining oil along with sugar and caramelise.

Make fine pieces of coconut and fry it in the oil with half tsp of whole cumin and add tomato pieces.

Fry all ingredients and put the fried potatoes in it along with the boiled Flores.

Add salt and turmeric powder.

Simmer on low heat and pour half cup water in it.

When cooked well add garom masala and ghee and with coordinar leaf serve it with rice.
