Maida main 2 pinch salt and 5tsp desighee mix kar rub kiya panni se soft dough ready ke half an hour le liye rest de.

After half an hour Maida ke ball bana ke rolling pin se poor jaisa flat kiya gujia mould ke upper rakh kar ek side par filling dal ke panni ka hath laga ke mould ko fold ke seal ke le. Samosa mould BHI hai Maine usme BHI banaye hai.

Oil ko hot kar gas slow ke gujia fry ke le.
