Ingredients

  1. The Mince
  2. 250 gramsMince
  3. 1/2chopped onion
  4. 1 cloveof garlic (chopped)
  5. 300 mlboiling water with 1 Veg stock cude
  6. dashof Vinegar
  7. dashof worcestershire sauce
  8. pinchof Parsley
  9. pinchof Rosemary
  10. pinchof Salt and Pepper
  11. 1 tbspOf flour
  12. 1 tbspOf Sugar
  13. Mash
  14. 4 largepotatoes
  15. 50 gramsbutter
  16. dashmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Brown mince

    Add Onion & Garlic

    Add Stock cude

  4. 4

    Season as preferred. My suggestions are as followed.

    Add suger for sweetness & Flour to thicken the sauce.

    Either simmer for 20-30 minutes or transfer to slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours

    Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or til soft when stabbed with knife.

    mash the potatoes till all the limp are gone

    Add small amount off milk and some butter.

  10. 10

    Mash till smooth and creamy. (the more butter the more creamy)

    Put mince evenly in medium size dish

  12. 12

    Add mash evenly on top with a small amount off butter onto to make mash crispy

  13. 13

    Cook at 190 for 40 minutes or until light brown
