Ingredients

  • 250 gramPalak
  • 1/2small katori mutter
  • 8-10French beans
  • 1big green capsicum
  • 1big boil Allu
  • 100 grammass paneer
  • 1/2 choti spoon barik katta ginger
  • 1barik kati green chilli
  • 2-3 big spoon corn flour
  • 1 small spoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 choti spoon red chilli powder
  • 2 big spoon bread crumbs
  • 1/2 choti spoon gram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Palak ke leaf saaf karke usse pani se ache se doh le and namak mile pani mein boil kar le 5 min ko.

  2. 2

    Phir gram pani se nikaal kar thande water main daal de and phir thande pani se nikaal kar nichor le.

    Ab ak pan mein 1 spoon oil daal kar gram curry or usme katti hui capsicum, French beans or mutter daal kar 4-5 min ko saute Karein phir thanda karke Palak ke sath mixi mein piss le bahut jayda barik nahi karna hai paste.

    Ab paste ko ak bowl mein nikaal kar usme mass kara Allu, paneer, salt, chaat masala,red chilli,gram masala,ginger, green chilli, corn flour, bread crumbs mila kar ache se mix Karein.

    Ab mixchure ke Choti Choti bolls bana kar une haat se halka halka dabba de. Issi tarah sare kabab bana kar une tori daar ko frizze mein rakh de.

  6. 6

    Ab ak pan mein oil daal kar gram Karein or medium gas par acche se fry kar le. Ya phir non stick tawe par halka sa oil laga kar dono tarak se sake le. Iss tarah se tasty healthy kabad baan jae ge.
