Nigeria designer stew(Ayamashe)

Despite not being the most healthy food, ayamase is incredibly delicious paired with white rice and dodo
This weekend I decided to make one of my favorite Nigeria designer stew, have not made that for too long now the reason been the process of bleaching the oil gets me 😥😢😢 not to talk of the plenty calories.
So I had to moderately bleach my palm oil for about 15-20 minutes on low heat.
You need just a taste and baby!!you are hooked for life 😁😁
