Methi kachori and aloo jhol
Steps

Grind methi leaves ginger and green chilli finely

Add all the ingredients in flour and 2 big spoon oil and kneed it in a tight dough

Make small size puri and deep fry them till golden in colour

Heat oil in deep pan and add tomato puree to it

Add all the dry masala and salt and cook on high flame with a constant stir till it leaves oil

Cut the potatoes in cubes and add into it

Now add 1 glass water snd mix it well and slow down the flame and let it cook it a good red colour gravy comes up

Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it hot with methi kachori
