Ingredients

4 servings

2 lbpork roast
2 canCampbell's Golden Mushroom soup
1/2 cupred wine
6 largesliced mushrooms or more
1 tbspparsley
2 dashsea salt or to taste
3 dashseasoning mix or to taste ( I use Trader Joe's 21 season salute, but any mix would work)

Steps

Preheat oven to 375. Place roast in Dutch oven.

Mix two cans of golden mushroom soup with red wine and stir together.

Add seasoning, salt, parsley to soup mix and pour over the roast.

Cook for 1hour then flip roast and stir sauce.

Cook for 1/2 hour then add mushrooms and cook for additional 1/2 hour.

Slice and serve with lots of yummy mushroom sauce.
