  • 4garlic cloves Cut and Minced
  • 1 tbspGinger
  • 2Limes Zest/juice (If small limes use 4)
  • 1 cupSriracha (2 Cups if you like it spicy)
  • 1 cupSmuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade
  • 2 tsppepper
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 1/4 cupRice wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cupsoy sauce
  • 5 lbof chicken was used . (Drum Sticks)
