Ingredients

5-6 people
  1. 2 kgchicken pieces
  2. Portuguese chicken spice (1 teaspoon)
  3. Barbeque spice (1 teaspoon)
  4. 2 spoonsmayonnaise
  5. 2 spoonstomato sauce
  6. 1/4 cupolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put chicken in a bowl and add Portuguese chicken spice & barbeque spice

  2. 2

    Add mayonnaise & tomato sauce in bowl and put chicken aside for 40 minutes

  3. 3

    Rub oven pan with olive oil

  4. 4

    Place marinated chicken on oven pan, preheat at 180 degrees

  5. 5

    Keep chicken in oven grill until it's well cooked & golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve with rice, mashed potatoes and gravy
