Steps

Cut and boil meat and stockfish with onion,maggi and salt.boil till is tender.

Soak the all the vegetables separately.with enough water and salt.

Put pot on heat,pour in the palmoil immediately is hot pour in the onion.

Fry for 40seconds,then pour in the sliced waterleaf.fry and be stirring at the same for 10-15mins.

Wash and pound the uziza for 2mins.

Add crayfish,pepper,crayfish,salt,maggi, fry for 5mins but keep stirring.pour in the meat and stockfish without the stock

Pour in the uziza leaf and cook for 4mins.

Then lastly pour in the vegetable and boil for 1min.
