First step:- ek bowl mein wheat flour usmai oil and sakt dal ke ache s mix krna hai fir water laiker ek shoft dough bnana hai. After dough 15min ke liy cover kar ke rakhna hai.

After 15min again knead tha dough for 5 min.Soft dough ready ho jayga use fir cover kar ke 20 min rkhna hai.

2nd step Bowl mein 4 egg ke sath sare ingredients mix krna hai.

Ek loi laiker roti bnana hai uske uper(corn flour powder and oil mix kar ke) roti ke uper lagna hai.uske baad long size patti shape mein cutting krna hai.

Ek ek patti ko fold krna hai ek ke uper ek fold krte jana hai,fir loi jaisa ban jayga usko fir roti shape mein bailna hai.

Frypan mein roti rack ke dono side halka sa sikhna hai one side ghee lagake egg ke mixer ko lagana hai.use halke falme mein saikhna hai.
