Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlcooked rice
  2. 1/4 cupgajar chopped
  3. 1/4 cupmuli chopped
  4. 1/2onion chopped
  5. 1/4 cupgreen rai saag chopped
  6. 1/4 cuppaneer chopped
  7. 4,5soya chunks soaked in water and chopped
  8. 1cardamom
  9. 4,5kaju
  10. 4,5kismis
  11. 1/2 cupchane soaked in water
  12. 2 spoonsoil
  13. 1/2 spoonsalt
  14. Pinchblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Non stick pan me oil garam karne se pahle savi Ingredients ko ready kijiye.

    Ab oil garam karke onion fry karein fir kaju,kismis fry karein,fir gajar,muli dal kar fry karein, fir paneer,fry karein.Fir soya chunks fry karein,fir chane aur saag dalke black pepper and thoda salt vi add karke low flame me 5 minutes fry karein.

    Jab sabkux fry hojaye tab rice add karke salt dale aur axi tarah mix karte huye fry karein.

  4. 4

    BasJab sabkux mix hojaye aur axi tarah fry hojaye to cardamom ki seeds. Kutkar burak de aur mix karein.

  5. 5

    Bas ready hai bahut tasty healthy fried rice.
