Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 5 tbspCocoa
  3. 2 tspBaking Soda
  4. 1 cupWater
  5. 1 cupSugar
  6. 1 tspVanilla
  7. 1 cupMiracle Whip

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, cocoa, and baking soda.

  2. 2

    Then add sugar, water, vanilla, and Miracle Whip. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Place in a 9" X 9" cake pan or in cupcake pan. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes.
