Ingredients

  1. Brine of your choice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Simply put your bird in a brining bag and then place in the produce drawer of your fridge. Follow up by pouring the brine in the bag and remove as much air as possible. If your turkey isn't completely covered by the brine, then flip it half way through the brining process. NOTE: My turkey is just over 13 lbs. and is comfortably snug in the drawer. This technique may be limited to birds approximately 15 lbs. and under... depending on the size of your drawer. Enjoy!

My parents owned a bar and restaurant during my childhood. My father was the head chef and had such a tremendously diverse style in his culinary craft. It was only a matter of time before I would turn it into my own passion.Nowadays, my interest has been taking popular recipes from the web or restaurants (ie Food Network, Food.com, All Recipes, etc.) and creating them, but with my own little twist to them. Some changes are more extreme than others, but that's what makes it so interesting. Right?Anyways... sit back and relax. I have a number of awesome recipes that will blow your mind. Enjoy!
