Ingredients

20 mins
  • 3plain wheat chapaties cooked
  • Spinach 1 bowl chopped
  • 2Aloo boiled
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tea spoonRed Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tea spoonHaldi
  • 1/4 tea spoonDhania powder
  • 1/4 tea spoonAmchur
  • 1 pinchGaram masala
  • Ginger half of 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic half of 1/4 teaspoon
  • Hari mirchi 1 small chopped
  • 1/4 tea spoonBhuna Jeera powder
  • Oil for frying

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Dry roast chapaties without ghee or oil.. Make khakra types.. Ek dUm kadak.. But dnt burn them.. Then grind chapaties in grinder.

    Take a bowl.. Mash boiled aloo.. Add chopped spinach.. Grinded chapaties

  3. 3

    Add all spices written above. Mix well.. Give Shape and deep fry

    Note - you can also bake them instead of frying

    Wash spinach.. Wipe dry.. Deep fry or roast fr spinach chips

  6. 6

    Plate them with tomato ketchup and green corriender chutney and enjoy your delicious spinach kababs
