  • Oil paranthe talne ke liye
  • Tamatar ki sabji--
  • 4bade tamatar
  • 1hari mirchi
  • Thoda sa adrak kasa hua
  • 1 table spoonOil
  • Namak,kala namak(swad anusar)
  • 1spoon. Laal mirchi powder
  • 1/4chota spoon haldi
  • 1/2chota spoon dhaniya powder
  • 1.5 table spoonchini
  • Chutki bhar garam masala
  • Hara dhaniya

    Bachi hui daal me sabhi masale add karein

  2. 2

    Fir aata mila kar male

  3. 3

    Aata mal jane ke baad use 5-10min rest dede

  4. 4

    Fir gol ya tikune paranthe seke

  5. 5

    Tamatar ki sabji banane ke liye tamatar dhoke kaat le (bareek)

  6. 6

    Hari mirchi bhi kaat le

  7. 7

    Kadahi me oil garam kar ke usme hari mirchi or kasa hua adrak daal kar 1min bhune

  8. 8

    Fir usme tamatar daal de or ache se pakne de

  9. 9

    Pak jane par sabhi masale dal de

  10. 10

    Fir chini daal kar milaye

  11. 11

    4-5minpak jane par hara dhaniya daale
