A lightly orange tasting chicken. If you desire a more orangey flavor add more orange zest and orange juice.

Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

In an oven safe dish, I used a cast iron skillet, heat the oil and add the chicken. Season with seasoned salt and pepper

Brown on both sides 10 minutes each side. Add orange zest of one orange and it's juices. Put into oven for 35-40 minutes.

Put the chicken on a plate

In the pan with the juices turn the heat on. Mix the broth and cornstarch and add to juices. Stir till thickened. Add over the chicken.

Slice the second orange and garnish.
