Steps

Boil 1/2 cup water and wait for little bit cool down

Add oil, baking powder in sooji and mix well.

Add water and make a soft sticky dough. Add cornflour and knead for 5 minutes.

Rest the dough for 30 minutes.

Knead again for 5 minutes and make around 50 balls from this dough.

Heat oil in a pan. Roll batashe in cylindrical shape using rolling pin and deep fry on medium high flame.

Sooji ke Batashe' are ready now. Serve them with chopped boiled potatoes and masala water. Enjoy!!!
