Steps

Take makke aaata. add Oil.. Salt.. Ginger garlic paste. Jeera.. Methi. Other spices if you want.. Mix.. Add water and make soft dough. Little softer then what we make for chapati

Take steamer. Add water. Boil.. Take th plate. And spread makke ka aata..

When th water comes to the boiling point.. Cover the lid. And gas on medium flame..

Let it cook fr 20 mins.. check by pricking it with fork or knife

Done.. Then cut into desired shape.. Take a pan heat 1/2 teaspoon oil put Jeera rai and sesame. Chauk ready

Garnish with chauk. And dry methi

Serve with kadi or chutney
