Steps

Preheat a large pan with the oil.

When the oil very hot add the onion and fry till little golden color.

Add the cumin seeds and cook for another two min , then add the carotts and cover the pan for 10-15 min.

Add the cooked meat and fry till the meat gets little crispy .

Add the rice (don't mix !) and make a little hole in the middle then put the garlic head inside.

Pour the stock till covers the rice completly then add salt and pepper.

Get it to boil and cook on a low heat for 45 min.

Move the pan when done and then mix .
