Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsugar
  2. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupcorn syrup
  5. 3/4 tspvanilla
  6. 1/3 cupunsalted melted butter
  7. 3eggs beaten
  8. 1 cupheaping chopped. pecans

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First whip up your pie crust or buy ready made crust. Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter,eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl. Pour chopped pecans. in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell. Pour syrup mixture over the top. Cover top and crust lightly /gently with foil. Bake pie at 350°F. for 30 minutes.

    Note: Pie should not be overly jiggly when you remove it from the oven

    Allow to cool for several hours or overnight
