Once the dosa batter is ready post the fermentation, add the Ragi flour to the batter and mix.

The proportion must be ; if dosa batter is 1 bowl then let ragi flour be half a bowl.

After mixing the flour in the batter stir it until the flour is mixed well, if required pour in a little water for the right consistency.

Add in chopped onions, coriander and chillies and salt to taste.the batter is ready to be cooked.

Pour one full ladle of batter on the griddle and spread out in to a nice dosa.Put in a little oil on the sides.

Cover with a lid to let the ragi cook well in the batter.

Serve hot with chutney.
