Steps

Take paneer cubes in mixing bowl add cornflour, maida, black Pepper,salt,1 tsp oil and little water. Mix well.

Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep fry the paneer cubes till golden brown. Transfer paneer cubes on absorbent paper.

Heat little oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic sauthe them till raw smell goes away.

Add green chillies and onions saute them for 2 min. Add capsicum and again saute till 2 min. It should be underdone or crunchy.

Now add tomato sauce, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar. Cook till sauces get thicken.

Add salt and sugar. Cook for 1 min. Now add 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in water and cook until thicken.

Now add fried paneer cubes and saute them for 2 min. Add some chopped spring onions.

Serve hot as a starter.
