Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gmPaneer cubed
  • 1large onion cut in squares
  • 1medium capsicum cut in squares
  • 4green chillies slit
  • 2 tbspspring onions finely chopped
  • 2 tbspcornflour+1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 1/4 tspblack Pepper powder
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tspgreen chilli sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspginger finely chopped
  • 7garlic cloves finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Take paneer cubes in mixing bowl add cornflour, maida, black Pepper,salt,1 tsp oil and little water. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep fry the paneer cubes till golden brown. Transfer paneer cubes on absorbent paper.

  3. 3

    Heat little oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic sauthe them till raw smell goes away.

  4. 4

    Add green chillies and onions saute them for 2 min. Add capsicum and again saute till 2 min. It should be underdone or crunchy.

  5. 5

    Now add tomato sauce, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar. Cook till sauces get thicken.

  6. 6

    Add salt and sugar. Cook for 1 min. Now add 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in water and cook until thicken.

  7. 7

    Now add fried paneer cubes and saute them for 2 min. Add some chopped spring onions.

  8. 8

    Serve hot as a starter.
