Mutter Paneer
Steps

Heat some oil in a kadhai, add hing, onion paste & sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger- garlic paste & sauté until the their smell goes off completely.

Add tomato puree, add all the dry masalas & sauté until they leave oil to it's sides.

Add kasuri methi, kaju paste & sauté.

Add salt as per your taste & mix it well.

Add half a glass of water & simmer for 5 mins.

Add paneer & simmer at low flame for 5 mins.

Your mutter paneer is ready to eat now. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with rice/roti.
