Traditionally golap pithe serve with sugar syrup.But I don't like it, so I have made it with rabdi.It's really tasty.
Steps

Make a dough of flour, salt, sugar, 1tspn ghee and beetroot juice.

Take small portion from dough & make very small,same size round.

Now place 3 round one after another and cut 3 sides from centre just like picture.

Now fold it till end.

Make all the roses.

Heat ghee or oil and deep fry the roses.

For rabdi, boil milk.Add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and make 1/4th in quantity.Switch off the gas and add Nolen gur.Rabdi is ready.

Now take a serving plate, put roses on it & pour rabdi over it.Make it cool & keep it in fridge for an hour.Enjoy chilled.
