Ingredients

  • To make green paneer balls
  • 100 gmpaneer mashed
  • 2 tbspchopped dhania and pudina leaves
  • 1/2 tspginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tspeach besan, maida and cornflour
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/3jeera powder
  • Red chilli powder as you want
  • to tasteSalt
  • To make Kadi
  • 1 cupsour curd
  • 1 tbspfried besan
  • 2dried red chilli
  • 1/2 tsprai
  • 1/2 tspchopped garlic
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 3-4chopped Curry leaves
  • 1 pinchhing powder
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    To make green paneer balls, take all it's ingredients. Mash nicely and make balls or any shape you like.

    Shallow or deep fry the paneer balls from each side.

  3. 3

    To prepare Kadi mix curd, fried besan, salt sugar and turmeric powder and mix in a mixer. Add water to reach the consistency you like.

  4. 4

    In a wok heat oil, add hing, chilli, chopped Curry leaves and rai till spluter. Cook garlic till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add the curd mix and let it boil and cook for 2 minutes. Mix the green paneer balls and cook for 1 min.

    This paneer balls absorb water and the Kadi will thicken.

    Green paneer Kadi Dip is ready to serve.
