  1. 500 gmFresh red tomato cuted in small pieces
  2. 1 BowlMakhana rosted in ghee
  3. 1 tbspMix jeera, rai, Whole dry dhaniya, methi
  4. 2-3Red dry chilli
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. 100 gmGud
  7. 3kaju in small pieces
  8. 6-7kishmish
  9. 1 tbsp Sugar
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan. Add oil then add rai jeera, whole dry coriander seed, methi and hing, dry red chilli.

  2. 2

    Add cuted tomato. Cook it on low flam for 15 min.

  3. 3

    When tomato became soft then add gud,sugar,kaju, kishmish, Makhana, salt as per your taste.

  4. 4

    Cook it again for 10 min.

  5. 5

    Serve it with poori, paratha or stuffed partha.
