Put in desired amount of water into a pot and set to boil.

Add in your icing sugar while the water is boiling and stir. Then leave it

Add your milk and continue stirring

Add your butter and stir until it blends.

Add your egg yolk(which must have been previously mixed with a little quantity of icing sugar to neutralize it). Then continue stirring

After a while, you put down. You proceed to add a little stabilizer to the ice cream mixure to get desired thickness

Then you divide the mixture. Put in desired amount and desired flavor into the blender to blend properly.

When that becomes smooth, you pour out and set aside. Repeat the blending process with other flavors and you could add colour to get your desired icecream

Now, your 'ice cream' is ready, now put into the freezer to get your 'iced cream'😝
