Fufu complimrnts this soup.
Steps

Wash and slice the ugu,wash the ukazi leaves and pound for 2minutes.but not to hard.

Wash the meat and dryfish and boil both for 20minutes.make sure the water is remaining small when the meat is done.

Pound the crayfish,salt,maggi cubes and fresh pepper put inside the meat wirh palmoil.

After 5minutes put the uziza leaves.stir very well but dont cover the pot.

Cook it for 3minutes because the leaves is hard.then put the ugu
- 6
Onces ugu is inside the pot turn very well with wooden spartula and enjoy the meal with fufu as seen on the picture above.
