Wash the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper and cut.

Peel and slice the yam.sprinkle on it.

Heat up the groundnut oil and gradually put the yams.

Fry for 3-5minutes and turn after 1minute for the other side to fry as well.

Fry the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper with groundnut oil.

Then put onion,after 2mins curry and salt.fry for 3 more minutes but stir very well as is frying.
