Steps
- 1
Put your sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- 2
Mix the two till they both incorporate.
- 3
Add milk and water to your required amount.
- 4
Add flour little by little as you mix well and thoroughly.
- 5
The mixture should be heavy unlike for other pancakes.
- 6
Warm your pan in a moderate heat. Put very little cooking oil into your pan to avoid your pancake from sticking.
- 7
Using a scoop or a soup raffle, scoop the batter and spread it in a pan and make sure it's not as big as chapati. Cook one side until brown then turn on the other side. NOTE: No adding cooking oil.
- 8
To check whether your pancake is ready, insert a skewer or a toothpick at the centre of your pancake, when it comes out dry, its an indication of a ready pancake.
- 9
Enjoy and serve them with any hot beverage of your choice. NOTE: Can do them in different shapes using pancake shapers. If you Sony have any, feel free to do them round. Enjoy your cooking.
