Take a frying pan add oil.

Add the chopped onions cook for 3 minutes, then add tomato cook it 3 minutes, add curry leaves and green chillies.

Add required salt, half table spoon red chilli powder, mix it well, now add the eggs and black pepper.

Mix the vegetable or chicken kurma cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve it hot "pudukkotai muttai mass" ready.
