Steps

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add required water and knead semi soft dough.

Keep rest for 30 minutes.

Divide equal portions of dough. Flatten it with roller pin dusting wheat flour. Make round parantha. Cut with cutter in desired shape.

Heat tawa. Place the parantha. Cook it on medium flame. Apply Ghee or oil on it. Roast until golden brown & crispy.

Serve hot with green chutney and curd.
