Ingredients

1 bowlLeft over dal any type
1 cupLeft over Sabji any type
2 cups or morewheat flour
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspcarom seeds
1 tbspgreen coriander leaves chopped
as needed oil for roast paratha

Mix all ingredients except oil.

Make a normal dough.

Roll paratha from this dough.

Heat tava and fry parathas using oil.

Serve parathas with any chutney or curd.
